Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within our policy guidelines.

Eligibility
Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging (with tags/labels intact).

Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

Opened/unsealed software, DVDs, or digital downloads

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact Us – Email vahid18@gzvahid.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Get Approval – We’ll provide a return authorization (RMA) and instructions.
Ship It Back – Pack the item securely and send it to the provided address.
Refund/Exchange – Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or ship the replacement.


Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).

Exchanges


Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

Return Shipping Costs


Customer pays for return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method (we’re not responsible for lost returns).

Damaged or Defective Items?
Contact us immediately—we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
